Ingredients
For the Barbacoa
- •1 pack Old Hacienda Beef Barbacoa
For the Salad Base
- •2 cups lettuce
- •1 tomato, sliced
- •2 tbsp chopped red onion
- •2 tbsp cilantro
- •¼ avocado, sliced
- •2 tbsp sour cream (for topping)
- •Cotija cheese (optional)
- •1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

Pour the contents of the Beef Barbacoa pack into a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 60 seconds, or until heated through.

Assemble your salad in a bowl. Add the warm barbacoa on top, followed by your favorite toppings.
