Thank you for choosing Old Hacienda™. These Subscription Terms explain how our subscription program, billing, renewals, cancellations, and member benefits work. By placing an order or subscribing to Old Hacienda, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview of the Subscription Program
Old Hacienda offers a monthly subscription service delivering authentic, ready-to-eat Mexican meals directly to your door. Your subscription begins when your first order is placed and continues on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Your subscription includes:
- Recurring shipments of Old Hacienda ready-to-eat meals
- Ability to change which products you receive
- Exclusive subscriber pricing
- Ability to skip, pause, or cancel anytime
- Access to member perks and seasonal products
2. How Your Subscription Works
- Your subscription begins on the day your first order is placed.
- You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout.
- Your subscription renews automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Subscription Billing and Renewal
- You will be billed the subscription price that was shown at the time you signed up.
- Your subscription renews automatically according to the schedule you selected (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly).
- Your saved payment method will be charged on each renewal date.
- You will continue to be billed until you cancel.
Price Changes
If we change subscription pricing in the future:
- You will receive at least 30 days' written notice, and
- Your current pricing will remain in effect until that 30-day notice period is complete.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Regular subscription shipments may include additional shipping costs unless indicated otherwise.
- Delivery times vary by location.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
5. Managing, Modifying, or Canceling Your Subscription
You may manage all aspects of your subscription through your secure customer account.
How to Access Your Account
After placing your first order, you were emailed account credentials to log in at:

This portal allows you to:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Update payment information
- Update shipping information
- Change which Old Hacienda products you receive
- Change your delivery frequency
- View billing history and renewal dates
Important Notes
- All subscription changes must be made before your next billing date.
- Any change made after your card has been charged will apply to the next cycle.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
How to Cancel
Log into your account at:
https://account.old-hacienda.com/account/auth/login
Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.
Select the option to cancel.
If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, that order cannot be refunded and will ship as scheduled.
There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Credits
Because Old Hacienda products are sealed, ready-to-eat food items:
- We cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations.
- All subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement or issue a credit.
Refused shipments, return-to-sender packages, and undeliverable orders are not eligible for refunds.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the charge several times.
- Your subscription may be paused until payment is successful.
- You authorize Old Hacienda to attempt charges using updated card information provided by your bank.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of your subscription indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
